TeamMoto Moorooka is looking for a driven and enthusiastic Motorcycle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing sales team.

Whether you're already experienced in vehicle sales or have a strong retail, hospitality or customer service background and a genuine passion for motorcycles, we'd love to hear from you.

Realistic OTE of $75,000 - $100,000+ per year
5-day roster

What You'll Be Doing
Helping customers find the right motorcycle for their needs and riding lifestyle
Selling new and used motorcycles
Conducting customer appointments and test rides
Following up sales enquiries and building long-term customer relationships
Working closely with our Parts, Accessories,



Service and Finance teams
Delivering exceptional customer experiences from first enquiry through to bike delivery
Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets

What We're Looking For
Passion for motorcycles and the riding lifestyle
Solid communication and relationship-building skills
Motivation to achieve sales targets and maximise earning potential
Ability to proactively follow up leads and convert prospects
Current motorcycle licence
Automotive Sales Licence (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to work each Saturday, Saturday work is mandatory

Sales experience is highly regarded, but not essential. If you have the right attitude, drive and passion for motorcycles, we can teach you the rest.
