We're recruiting for an established real estate business in the Ryde/Macquarie Park area seeking a Senior Property Manager to manage an established portfolio of approximately 180 properties.

The Role
Manage approximately 180 residential properties
Monday to Friday, 9 am-5:30 pm
No Saturdays
Dedicated leasing support
Assistance with routine inspections
No trust accounting
Manage landlord and tenant relationships
Coordinate repairs and maintenance
Manage arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals
Prepare for and attend tribunal matters when required

Previous real estate Property Management experience is essential. This prospect could suit an established Senior Property Manager or a solid Property Manager ready to take the next step.
