Registered Nurse - Casual | Home Care & Community Nursing
$53-$69 per hour,

About the role
You'll travel to clients' homes across the Hills District and Western Sydney, delivering hands‐on clinical care and assessments.
Your visits will focus on dementia and diabetes care, wound management, and general clinical review, helping clients stay safe and independent at home.
Duties
Deliver skilled in‐home clinical care
Assess and redress wounds
Manage diabetes care and insulin




Support clients living with dementia
Complete clinical assessments each visit
Skills & experience
Current, unrestricted AHPRA registration
Home care or community nursing background
Current police check & NDIS worker screening (or willing to obtain)
Current First Aid/CPR certificate
Driver's licence and reliable, insured vehicle
