Job Description
Optus seeks a Collections & Recoveries QA Manager to build and manage a comprehensive quality assurance framework across enterprise collections.
You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive risk management, and oversee both internal and BPO operations to protect customers and the business.
You will lead governance, incident investigations, and remediation for compliance breaches, while partnering with Legal, Compliance, and Privacy teams to embed risk principles throughout the function.
