Coates Hire is seeking a hands-on Operations Coordinator to be the on-site lead at Phosphate Hill Mine, FIFO from Townsville.
You will coordinate equipment, support customer needs and perform maintenance across the hire fleet.
The role suits a trade-qualified mechanic or fitter with solid fault-finding, safety leadership and service focus.
Expect 12-hour shifts, flights, accommodation and meals provided, with rosters including 1:1 or 2:2 weeks on/off.
