Job Description
COSMEX, a plastic surgery practice in NSW, is seeking a Patient Concierge / Reception Person.
You will warmly welcome patients, manage front desk operations, coordinate appointments, and support patients before and after consultations.
The role emphasizes confidentiality, professionalism, and a personable customer experience.
Hours align with standard business times, with start between 8:30 and 9:00, and finish around 5:00–5:30pm, occasionally 6:00pm.
