Install residential air conditioning systems to a high standard
Diagnose and resolve in office installation challenges
Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
Meet compliance and company quality standards
Mentor apprentices and support the team coming up behind you
What we are looking forCert III in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (essential)
Proven residential installation experience
ARCtick licence, or the ability to obtain one
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail
Valid Australian driver's licence
The full package$40–$50 per hour + superannuation
Monthly performance bonuses
