An exciting chance is available for an experiencedCare Managerto join a highly regarded aged care home located in Canberra.
This4 week contractrole is available for animmediate startand offers the chance to lead a passionate clinical team dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to residents.
Working closely with the Clinical Care Coordinator, you'll oversee clinical operations, drive quality improvements, and ensure compliance with aged care standards.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee clinical care and daily clinical operations
Lead and support a multidisciplinary care team
Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements
Promote resident safety, wellbeing,



and independence
Foster a collaborative, person-centred care culture
Qualifications and Requirements
CurrentAhpraregistration as a Registered Nurse
NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC)
CurrentFirst Aid and CPR certificates
Current Police Check
Up-to-dateCOVID-19 and Flu vaccinations
Experience in aged care management and a strong understanding of compliance and accreditation standards
Available to startimmediatelyand commit to a 3-month contract
