We design, install and service solar, battery and electrical systems for residential and commercial customers across Queensland, New South Wales and Western Australia.
We operate from offices and depots across three states, and we are still growing.

The opportunity
We are adding an Accounts Manager to our finance team.
You will own the day to day accounts function across all group entities.
This is a hands on role with genuine ownership.
You will manage accounts payable and receivable end to end, maintain accurate intercompany transactions, and ensure month end reporting is delivered accurately and on time.
It will suit an experienced accounts professional who values structure, accuracy and well maintained financial records across a multi entity group.
What you will be doing
Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable across all group entities
Process supplier invoices, run payment runs and resolve supplier queries
Own debtor collections, follow up overdue accounts and keep DSO under control
Complete bank, credit card and supplier statement reconciliations
Process and reconcile intercompany transactions and allocations between entities




Maintain the general ledger and prepare month end journals for review
Support month end close, including accruals, prepayments and balance sheet reconciliations
Prepare BAS, IAS, PAYG and superannuation lodgement data for review
Assist with payroll processing and reconciliation as required
Maintain accurate records for audit and support the annual audit process
Improve accounts processes and controls as the group grows
What you will bring
Demonstrated experience in a similar accounts or finance role, ideally three years or more
Experience managing accounts across multiple entities, including intercompany transactions
Strong working knowledge of Australian GST, BAS and superannuation requirements
Confident with accounting software and strong Excel skills
Accuracy and attention to detail, with the discipline to meet month end deadlines
Transparent communication with suppliers, customers and internal teams
The ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or commerce, or equivalent experience
Exposure to trades, construction or project based businesses is well regarded
Experience with Simpro, Salesforce or Employment Hero is an advantage but not essential
