Job Description
We are currently recruiting a Project Manager to join an established commercial property group, delivering capital works, refurbishments, speculative fit outs, amenities upgrades and other building projects across its portfolio.
This is a hands-on delivery role suited to someone who is technically solid and comfortable managing both site activity and broader project coordination.
We are particularly interested in candidates currently working as a:
The successful candidate will have experience across commercial construction, refurbishment, fit out or capital works, with strong capability in programming, subcontractor coordination, procurement, RFIs, variations, QA, WHS, reporting and handover.
Experience working in live or occupied environments would be highly regarded.
We are also open to candidates with substantial overseas Project Management or Engineering experience, provided they have solid Australian construction experience and a strong understanding of local standards, compliance and site practices.
