We'relooking for a Quality Assurance Support Specialist who enjoys working behind the scenes to make a real difference.
In this role,you'llhelp us improve how we work by supporting quality, compliance, and continuous improvement across our Seniors Living services.

What you'll be doing
Conduct research,environmentalscansandanalysis to strengthenquality,complianceandrisk systems
Support the coordination of internal and external audits,accreditationactivitiesandassurance reviews
Maintain policies, procedures, templates and registers, ensuring accuracy and version control
Track and report on audit outcomes, non-conformances,qualityindicatorsandimprovement actions
Developandmaintaindashboardsand reports to provide clear insights for leadership and teams
Monitor risk mitigation activities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What you will bring to our team:
You'rea proactive and analytical professional who enjoys working with data, systems, and people to drive improvement.
You will have:
A qualification in quality, compliance, governance, risk or a related field,



or equivalent experience
Experience supporting quality assurance, compliance,auditor continuous improvement activities
Strong skills in managing data, reports, and documentation
Confidenceworking with different teams and building positive relationships
SolidMicrosoft Office skills, particularly Excel
It would be great if you also have:
Experience in regulated environments such as aged care, community services,housingor disability
Exposure to accreditation or licensing processes
Experience building dashboards or working with reporting tools
