Job Description
MRAEL, based in Northcote, VIC, is seeking a Rates & Award Interpretation Lead to own the development and maintenance of pay rates for apprentices and trainees in line with Up-to-date Awards and Enterprise Agreements.
You will collaborate with payroll, operational teams and clients to ensure rates are compliant, accurate and commercially sound, acting as the subject matter expert on rates and awards.
