Assembly & Process Worker – Manufacturing & Warehouse Support

Our business is built around delivering these solutions across three core sectors.
As we continue to grow and meet increasing demand for our products, we are expanding our team to support our Fire, Road, and Airfield divisions.
About the role
This is an entry level Assembly & Process Worker role working 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday) to assist the Warehouse & Quality Control Manager.
The work is practical and repetitive, with transparent instructions and established processes.
You will be helping manufacture and prepare basic components and parts used across our Fire, Road, and Airfield divisions, as well as supporting the warehouse and sales teams.
You will receive training on our products, assembly methods, quality requirements, and warehouse processes.
The role is designed around learning the job as you go, with straightforward procedures and supervision from the Warehouse and Quality Control Manager.
Key responsibilities
Basic assembly of components and parts
Soldering electrical components and connections
Cutting and preparing wires
Gluing and joining components




Building and assembling boxes and packaging
Packing finished components and products
Preparing stock orders for the warehouse and sales team
Labelling, sorting, and organising components
Performing basic quality checks
Keeping the warehouse and work areas clean, tidy, and organised
About you
Reliable and punctual
Able to follow basic instructions and processes
Comfortable working with small components and tools
Willing to learn
Able to maintain a clean and organised work area
Have some basic electrical knowledge or an interest in learning
Comfortable with basic soldering, wire cutting and gluing
Physically capable of general warehouse and assembly duties – this may include heavy lifting from time to time
A team player who is happy to help wherever needed
This is an entry level straightforward, practical role suited to someone who may be looking to gain basic assembly and electrical skills whilst following simple processes and keeping busy.
You don't need extensive manufacturing experience or formal qualifications as this is a very entry level role — full training will be provided.
