The Role

Monday through Friday, they require the services of an exceptional Strata Manager to join their team. Based in their head office in Surry Hills, we are seeking someone with robust attention to detail and customer service who is looking for their next challenge.
Manage approx. 1600 lots
BMCs
Liaising with Owners Corporation as required
Arrange quotations and repairs and maintenance for works required
Prepare agendas and minutes for meeting
Prepare budgets for presentations to AGMs
Convene and conduct meetings




Periodic inspections
No Accounts & lots of administration support will be provided

The Candidate
Previous Experience in Strata Management
Strata Licence
The ability to answer general technical/strata management questions
Be willing to contribute to a progressive company
Excellent Communication kills both written and verbal
Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi task
Have a high level of computer skills
The ability to fit into a bright & bubbly team.
Maturity, strong communication skills and team player
