Sentinel Commercial Roofing is looking for a highly organised and proactiveProject Coordinatorto support the delivery of commercial roofing projects across South East Queensland.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating moving parts, communicating with people, solving problems and keeping projects running efficiently.
You'll work closely with our site teams, suppliers, subcontractors and customers to ensure jobs are organised, properly resourced and progressing smoothly.
This is a fast-paced role with plenty of variety and responsibility.
The Role
Your responsibilities will include:
Scheduling projects, labour and deliveries
Coordinating materials, equipment and subcontractors
Communicating job particulars to crews, suppliers and customers
Monitoring project progress and updating company systems
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and project management software is required
Full training will be provided on the company's project management system
Assisting with project budgeting and cost tracking
Managing paperwork, purchase orders and variations
Supporting site teams to ensure smooth workflow
Proactively identifying and resolving issues before they become problems

Jobs are organised and running on schedule
Crews have what they need when they need it
Customers and suppliers are communicated with clearly
Site teams experience minimal downtime
Project information is accurate and up to date
Problems are escalated early and resolved professionally
About You
You might come from:
Construction coordination
Roofing or trades administration
Facilities or maintenance coordination
Project administration
Trade scheduling or operations support
Most importantly, you:
Are highly organised
Communicate confidently and professionally
Can manage multiple moving parts at once
Stay calm under pressure
Take ownership and follow things through
Are proactive and solutions-focused

Commercial construction or roofing experience is highly regarded but not essential for the right person.
