What you will be doing...
In this varied role, you will support the project across all phases of its lifecycle - you'll play a key part in keeping the project on track and stakeholders engaged, with a particular focus on marketing and communications, event planning and coordination, and stakeholder engagement.
Duties include but not limited to:
Providing project support across marketing and communications, event planning and coordination, stakeholder engagement and general administration
Maintaining effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders through explicit communication, timely information sharing and responsive issue management
Maintain accurate project registers,



including risks, issues, actions and decisions
Track project milestones and deliverables, monitoring progress against agreed timeframes
Assist in preparing project reports, briefing papers and status updates for key stakeholders
To be successful
In this exciting role, that offers the ability to work from home 3 days a week you will:
Be available for an immediate start
Be Able to commit to the 8 week duration - potential for extension
Have demonstrated communications experience
Showcase excellent communication skills with a wide variety of stakeholders at different levels
