In this role, you'll:
lead the delivery of the Community Road Safety Grants Program, working closely with community partners and internal stakeholders to support the successful implementation of locally driven road safety initiatives.
You will provide expert advice on road safety grants, manage grant activities, and oversee a range of project management functions to ensure program objectives are achieved.
You will prepare and maintain high-quality reports, briefs, and program documentation, respond to complex grant-related enquiries, and provide recommendations to enhance program effectiveness, resourcing, and service delivery.
You will also contribute to the development and continuous improvement of the Community Road Safety Grants Program and resources, helping to deliver safer outcomes for communities across NSW.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will be a skilled stakeholder manager with a proven ability to build strong relationships and engage effectively with community members, partners, and internal teams.
You will bring strong program management capabilities, with experience planning, coordinating,



and delivering projects on time, within budget, and to agreed objectives and quality standards.
You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment, confidently managing competing priorities and multiple deadlines while maintaining a high standard of delivery.
To be considered, you must identify and be accepted by the Aboriginal Community as an Australian Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person.
Note: This position is open to Aboriginal applicants only (in accordance with Part 6, Clause 23 of the Government Sector Employment Rules ****).
This is a permanent full-time role | Hybrid versatile work practices, 2-3 days a week in office based at Macquarie Park.
