Family First Disability Services is seeking a dedicated Disability Support Worker to assist a 30-year-old female participant in building independence and community inclusion within a Supported Independent Living workplace.
You will provide respectful personal care, build trusting relationships, and support access to community services while promoting participation in social and recreational activities.
