Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you'll help coordinate the technical and day-to-day delivery of multi-residential projects across Brisbane. This is a hands-on site-based role for someone who wants meaningful responsibility, solid exposure to the complete construction process and a clear pathway toward Project Engineer or similar.

Key responsibilities
Coordinating subcontractors, consultants and site activities
Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical information
Managing RFIs, shop drawings, samples and approvals
Coordinating inspections and maintaining construction records
Assisting with procurement and short-term programming
Monitoring quality, safety and compliance
Identifying design and construction issues early
Following issues through to a practical resolution
Supporting commissioning, defects and project close-out

About you
A qualification in engineering, construction management or a related discipline
Approximately 1–3 years' experience with a commercial builder




Exposure to multi-residential or commercial construction
Strong attention to detail and technical capability
Clear and confident communication
A practical, solutions-focused approach
The ability to organise priorities and follow through on commitments
A genuine interest in developing into a well-rounded construction professional
