Mills Haulage is a family-owned transport company based in Southwest Sydney, specialising in the transport of dangerous goods including LPG, Cryogenics gases. With over 20 years in the industry, we provide protected and reliable transport across NSW and interstate.

About the role

This is a varied, hands-on administration role where no two days are the same. Working closely with our Transport Allocators, and supporting senior management and the broader team, you'll play an important role in the day-to-day running of the business and help keep our operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities
Provide administrative support to our transport operations team
Maintain accurate records of daily transport paperwork, dockets and purchase orders
Assist with weekly timesheet collection and payroll preparation
Assist with invoicing and data entry




Onboarding new drivers with our systems
Coordinate compliance, training and induction documentation for our customers
Update and maintain company records, databases and filing systems
General office administration and support as required

About you
Experience in administration or office support (transport or logistics experience is a bonus, not a must)
Organised, with robust attention to detail
A friendly phone manner and good communication skills
Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and happy to learn new systems (we'll train you on ours)
Reliable, and happy working independently and as part of a small team
