We are seeking an experienced and organisedTeam Supervisor for our vehicle inspection department to oversee the logging, tracking and compliance of vehicles, vehicle body equipment and material handling equipment across our Macksville operation. This role combines administration, team leadership and operational coordination within a busy setting. This position is located at our Head Office, 2 Centra Park Street, Macksville.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the daily logging and tracking of vehicles entering and exiting the site.
Manage and support the Log Team, including task allocation and training.
Maintain accurate vehicle records, work orders and compliance documentation.
Coordinate with other operation department, Sales and Parts teams to ensure vehicle priorities and customer deadlines are met.
Monitor parts usage and ensure correct allocation to stock numbers.
Maintain Trade Plate records and vehicle inspection documentation.
Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and transport regulations.




Provide reporting and updates to management as required.

About You
Previous supervisory experience in a transport, fleet, equipment hire, workshop or automotive environment.
Solid attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and digital systems.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Understanding of vehicle compliance and safety requirements.
Heavy Vehicle Driver Licence required.
NHVR Heavy Vehicle Inspection qualification.
Experience in heavy vehicle, transport or automotive operations.
Experience with inventory management and digital log systems.
