About the Role As a PCA, you’ll be providing personal care, companionship,



and support to residents in aged care settings. We offer a variety of shifts across different facilities, giving you the freedom to build your own roster while making a genuine impact.

Essential Criteria
Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or equivalent
At least 1 year of recent full-time equivalent experience
Reliable, registered and insured vehicle + valid driver’s licence is advantage
Manual Handling and CPR certificates (current)
Current Police Check
NDIS Worker Screening Check
Genuine passion for providing high-quality care and improving lives

Desirable Attributes
Empathetic and patient with strong communication skills
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
Able to adapt quickly in dynamic care settings
Committed to ongoing professional development
