About the opportunity
Play a key role in setting construction projects up for success by delivering precise, high-quality estimates and documentation.
You'll work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure every job is accurate, consistent, and ready for construction.
More specifically, you will:
This is a rare opportunity for a PART TIME - 4 Days per week position
12 Month Contract with the possibility of extension




Analyse plans and contract documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency
Complete detailed material, labour, and plant take-offs
Coordinate and manage documentation amendments prior to construction
Issue and manage purchase orders in line with supplier agreements
Review supplier quotes to ensure full project scope is covered
Process ETS invoices and manage cost reconciliation
Maintain project records and documentation across systems
Support quality control by reviewing team outputs and managing variations
About you
You will share a passion for our purpose to be Australia's number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values.
In addition, you will demonstrate:
A minimum of 2 years estimating experience in a similar role and industry
Understanding of Building Code of Australia and BASIX
Exceptional computer skills with a medium to advanced knowledge of Excel
Strong ability to read and interpret plans and technical documentation
High attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
Sound understanding of building processes, materials, and costings
