The Tony Kelly Restaurant Groupis the largest restaurant group operating on the Sunshine Coast.
We own & operate 10 very successful venues in Mooloolaba, Maroochydore, Bokarina Beach and Palmwoods.
Currently we are searching for a full-time"HANDS ON" GENERAL MANAGERfor our flagship fast casual venue RICEBOI.
This is a large venue across 2 levels including an upstairs dive bar over looking the Mooloolaba River, a beautiful outside Beer Garden and the main restaurant.
Riceboi is a Sunshine Coast institution, feeding in excess of **** people per week!
This is a VERY SENIOR role, and one that requires a very experienced GENERAL MANAGER.
We are looking for:
A HANDS ON General Manager
Must be a self motivator
You must know your way around BEVERAGE COST & LABOUR COST
You must have a proven track record of managing very busy venues.
