Sweetwater Grove is an over 50s lifestyle community located in Tomago, NSW.
The community is owned and operated by Aspen Group Limited, an ASX-listed company and a leading provider of quality, affordable accommodation across the lifestyle, holiday, and residential sectors.
The Role
We are seeking a reliable individual with a positive attitude to join our team in a combined Groundskeeping and Maintenance role based out of our Over 50s Lifestyle Community in Tomago.
Reporting to the Asset Manager, this role suits someone who enjoys working outdoors and would be happy working unsupervised, maintaining gardens, common areas and facilities to ensure the community remains safe, clean and well presented for residents and visitors.
This is a casual position, working across Tomago and Cooks Hill properties 9:00am to 3:00pm.
4 days per week.




Exceptional facilities, current workshed, new ute for errands.
Key Responsibilities
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Lawn and garden maintenance, including weeding
Upkeep of common areas and shared amenities
Various maintenance tasks
Occasional visits to suppliers to support daily tasks
About You
You will ideally have:
An unencumbered Australian Driver's Licence
Enjoyment of outdoor work in varying weather conditions
Knowledge of WHS/OH&S; practices, chemical handling and safe work procedures (beneficial but not essential)
The ability to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a team
