Financial Manager

Base pay range: A$145,******/yr - A$165,******/yr
About the role
Review financial statements and management reports, ensuring compliance with local and international accounting standards.
Oversee the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, and review and analyse monthly operating results against budget.
Implementing and maintaining robust internal control systems to safeguard the company's assets and ensure financial integrity.
Manage the operations of the accounting department, including the design of organisational structure.
Providing strategic financial insights and recommendations to support business growth and decision-making processes.
Leading and mentoring the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and career development.
About you




CA or CPA qualified (or equivalent) with between 8 -10+ years' experience in a similar role will be advantageous.
Relevant and industry-based experience across Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical or similiar will be desirable.
Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and develop finance staff.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.
Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP and advanced Excel skills will be advantageous.
