A high growth, VC-backed health tech company are scaling and are looking to grow their engineering teams.
They are currently looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead to a high performing team to help build their next generation of health intelligence.
You'll ideally bring some leadership experience, with the ability to lead and mentor more junior engineers.
Also experience across Serverless AWS, Events Driven Architecture and up-to-date containerized CI/CD infrastructure is an advantage.
About the Role
You will work on complex projects turning raw data into intelligent insights.




They need someone who has solid people management experience but is also strong software engineer who can jump between being on the tools as well as defining guidelines, rolling out tooling standards, enablement work and defining observability.
What We're Looking For
Strong commercial experience with NodeJS and/or Golang
Experience with Cloud platforms and modern containerized CI/CD infrastructure
Experience with Serverless AWS
Experience with Events Driven Architecture
Strong experience user of AI-assisted coding tools
Experience with automated testing and CI/CD environments
A collaborative mindset and the ability to work in a fast-paced product environment
You must be an Australian or NZ Citizens or Permanent Resident to be considered for this role.
