Job Description
QT Melbourne is seeking a Conference & Events Sales leader to drive performance, maximise yield and convert enquiries into signed events across our venues.
You will mentor a 3-person C&E; team, build robust client relationships through networking and site inspections, and ensure seamless event execution.
You will monitor market trends, contribute to budgeting and forecasting, and guarantee accurate quotes, contracts and reporting.
