Field Service Technician – Brisbane / Gold Coast (Full time or Part-Time)
We're looking for a reliable and customer-focused Field Service Technician to support our Brisbane and Gold Coast operations in a permanent role.
Full-time and part-time options are available.
About the role
You'll be out on the road servicing customer sites, installing and maintaining fragrance systems, and representing Scent Australia with professionalism and care.
This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and working directly with clients.
Hours
We're flexible on hours and open to the right person on either basis:
Full-time: 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Part-time: from 15 hours per week across 2–3 days, including school‐hours arrangements

Key responsibilities
Install, service, and maintain fragrance diffusion units at customer sites




Deliver outstanding customer service and represent the brand professionally
Use basic tools (e.g. drills, screws, wall plugs) for installations
Travel between service locations across Brisbane and the Gold Coast
Complete all work safely and efficiently in line with company procedures
About you
Friendly, professional, and confident dealing with customers
Comfortable working on the road and managing your own schedule
Practical and hands‐on — able to use basic tools and ladders
Physically fit for regular lifting, ladder use, and vehicle access
Previous field service or customer-facing experience (preferred but not essential)
Full Australian Driver's Licence (mandatory)
National Police Check (mandatory)
