About the role

Join a vibrant, collaborative clinical team where no two days are the same. As an IVF Nurse Coordinator, you’ll enjoy variety and depth in your work, guiding patients through every stage of their fertility journey while working closely with specialists, scientists, and fellow nurses in a rapid-paced, supportive setting.

From coordinating care and delivering treatments to educating and emotionally supporting patients, you’ll play a central role in creating a seamless, compassionate experience — all while continuing to build your expertise in a highly specialised field.

What you’ll bring
Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
3–5+ years’ experience (fertility preferred)




Strong clinical skills in phlebotomy, medication administration and TV USS highly regarded.
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A compassionate, patient-focused approach
A positive outlook and ability to support patients through emotional journeys
