HongDae Korean Restaurant & Bar in Melbourne CBD is seeking an experienced Front of House Manager to lead the FOH team and ensure outstanding service. The role requires evenings, weekends, and public holiday availability with an immediate start option.

You will oversee daily operations, staff training, rosters, reservations, and customer relations while coordinating closely with the kitchen to deliver smooth service at two levels with about 80 seats.
