Shayher Group is seeking a passionate & proactive Apartment Hotel Manager to oversee all aspects of its soon to open property at Milton Green.

About the Site

Developed on the Milton Green precinct, built from the ground up for travellers who want a contemporary apartment-style. We pair full-kitchen suites with the on-site gym, and central Brisbane location.

About the role

This is a permanent full time role that reports directly to the Asset Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team culture, customer experience and the complete operation of the apartment hotel.

To be successful in this position,



you will need to demonstrate and deliver:
Proven success in a hospitality management role, with at least 2 years’ experience
Previous experience in an inner-city apartment hotel.
Ability to engage with the community and drive exceptional customer experiences
Outgoing energetic personality that thrives on customer interaction
The ability to implement and adhere to policies and procedures
Reliable and excellent personal presentation
Enthusiastic with a genuine passion for the industry, its patrons and the people that work within it

Your drive to deliver a consistent high level of customer experience and financial management will be the key within this role.
