HR Business Partner

Role Purpose & Contribution
Support hospital by partnering with the leadership team to deliver end-to-end people solutions, including workforce transition, recruitment, onboarding, and training.
Contribute to establishing People systems, processes, and frameworks to enable a smooth operational launch.
Partner with the General Services Manager and Department Leaders to execute the People strategy and support ongoing operational performance.
Drive a high-performing, compliant, and engaged workforce aligned with Compass Group values and safety culture.
Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, industrial matters, and workforce compliance, particularly within government/health sector settings.
Case management (end to end)
Key point of contact for unions and union activity at site

Key Responsibilities
Support workforce transition activities,



ensuring a positive employee experience and compliance with industrial instruments.
Partner with recruitment teams to deliver hiring strategies, ensuring workforce readiness for go-live.
Assist in developing and implementing training frameworks
Support the creation of communication plans and change strategies related to employee transition.
Contribute to the development of position descriptions aligned to operational requirements.
Coordinate with People Support functions to establish HR systems, employee records, and reporting frameworks.
Ensure adherence to safety standards and promote a solid safety-first culture.
Design and deliver structured onboarding programs for recent starters.
Manage logistics and processes for interviewing, onboarding, and training delivery.
