Job Description

One Green Bean is seeking an experienced Group Account Director for a 12-month fixed-term parental leave cover. You will lead a portfolio of client accounts, providing senior strategic counsel and ensuring the delivery of earned-first campaigns across major brands within the Havas Village.

You will build Senior client relationships, identify growth prospects, mentor teams, and oversee performance and profitability while contributing to agency growth in a rapid-paced, cooperative culture.
