Institute for Urban Indigenous Health (IUIH) seeks an Aged Care Support Worker to provide direct home care to eligible elders in the Southeast Qld region. You will assist with personal care, domestic tasks, social support, meals and transport, following care plans and IUIH policies.
Requirements include a current C Class Drivers Licence (QLD), a valid Criminal History Check, First Aid and CPR, and a Disability Worker Screening Check.
