Personal Care Worker - Aged Care And Disability (Logan City and Surrounds)

We are currently seeking Aged and Disability Support Workers who are located in Logan City and surrounds for several of our clients.
We are looking for carers who love growing long-term relationships, with a high-quality service, based in the community.
Tasks involved in this position will be Personal Cares (for certificate holders), Social Support, Domestic Assistance, Transport and many more.
Previous aged and disability experience will behighly regarded.
Above hourly award rates between $40 - $45

On-call carers are highly regarded.
Christmas availability is highly regarded.
Monday's and Friday's availability are highly regarded.
Late night and overnight availability are highly regarded.
Australian National Police Check (or willing to obtain)
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
Yellow Card / NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or willing to obtain)
Drivers licence and your own vehicle
Be willing to travel within the whole of Logan City (approximately 30 minute radius)
Successful candidates must be willing to work a combination of short and longer shifts.
Preferred:
Certificate III/IV in Aged, Disability or Individual Support (for position including Personal Care tasks).
Weekend availability are highly regarded.
Experience withhoisting.
Experience with managing behaviors of concern.
