Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Landscape Maintenance Assistant to join our team.
This is a casual role with 30+ hours per week, offering reliable, ongoing work across residential and commercial sites.
This role involves mowing, gardening, and landscape works.
No two days are the same.
You will work within a small team where your commitment and contribution will be recognised, with the opportunity to grow into a team leader role.
The Role
Monday to Friday
Meet on site approx6:30am
Same location each day
Travel incompany vehicle
Duties
Mowing, hedge trimming & brush cutting
Garden maintenance, pruning & plant care
Mulching, planting & turfing




Fencing, retaining walls, paving & small concreting
Garden bed installs, drainage & weed matting
Requirements
Reliable with a strong work ethic
Good attention to detail
Physically fit
Able to work in a team and independently
Experience with power tools & equipment
Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
QLD Construction White Card
Own transport to base
Highly regarded:Plant & weed identification/ ACDC License, landscape construction experience.
This is along-term career position, not a short-term job.
