Lighthouse Furnishings is seeking a detail-orientedData Entry Clerkto join our Administration & Office Support team.
This is afull-time positionbased inSeventeen Mile Rocks, QLD ****.
In this role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting, managing, and maintaining critical data across our various business systems.
Your meticulous attention to detail and organisational skills will be vital to ensuring the integrity of our data and supporting the smooth operation of our organisation.
What you'll be doing
Entering data from source documents into company computer systems with accuracy and efficiency
Verifying data for completeness, accuracy, and validity before entry, making corrections as necessary
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols at all times
Organising and filing physical documents in designated areas and managing digital records appropriately
Performing regular data audits to identify and correct discrepancies or errors
Responding to data-related queries from team members and providing support where needed
Maintaining awareness of current office procedures and updating practices as required
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly data entry targets and deadlines
Supporting other administrative tasks as required to maintain office efficiency
What we're looking for
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role within an office environment
Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail




Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word
Experience with database management systems and data entry software
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Ability to work independently whilst maintaining high standards of accuracy
Good communication skills and a professional approach to working within a team
Understanding of data confidentiality and security protocols
Reliability and punctuality in attending the workplace
Desirable: experience with specialist industry software or systems relevant to curtain manufacturing
