Never Enough is looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team.
We are a Fortitude Valley wine bar and restaurant serving a seasonal, produce-driven menu with bold European and Iberian influences.
This is an opportunity to work closely with the Executive Chef and contribute to a developing food program.
Chef de Partie – Never Enough
Fortitude Valley, Brisbane
Full-time | $75,000–$80,000 plus super, depending on experience
Manage your section through preparation and service
Maintain consistent food quality and presentation
Assist with ordering, stock rotation and waste control
Support and train junior kitchen staff
Maintain excellent food-safety and cleanliness standards
Contribute ideas to menu development and seasonal changes
About you




Qualified chef or equivalent industry experience
Previous Chef de Partie or strong Demi Chef experience
Organised, reliable and composed during busy services
Strong attention to detail and pride in presentation
Available to work evenings and weekends
Full Australian working rights
What we offer
$75,000–$80,000 plus super, depending on experience
Full time position based on 38 ordinary hours per week
Input into menu development and kitchen operations
