Turner Talent is seeking experienced Trade Assistants for a well-established heavy industrial operation based in Mackay.

Consistent 10–12 hour days and the potential to transition into a permanent position, this is a excellent opportunity for someone looking for solid hours and longer-term stability.

What you'll be doing
Assisting tradespeople with mechanical, maintenance and repair work
Assembly and disassembly of equipment and components
Using hand and power tools
Preparing, moving and handling materials and equipment
General workshop and industrial Trade Assistant duties

What we're looking for
Previous Trade Assistant, Mechanical TA or similar industrial/workshop experience
Mechanically minded and confident using hand and power tools
Experience in mining, heavy industry, manufacturing or maintenance highly regarded
Reliable,



safety focused and comfortable working 10–12 hour days
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
