Skin Therapist

The Beauty Estate is growing, and we’re looking for a, passionate Skin & Laser Therapist to join our boutique clinic in Mosman.

This role is ideal for someone who genuinely loves skin, is committed to continuous learning, and takes pride in educating clients and delivering real, visible results. If you’re looking for a clinic where you can grow, develop, and be part of something long-term, we’d love to hear from you.

About the role
full-time prospect
Performing advanced skin and laser treatments including:
RF Skin Needling
Skin Needling
HydraFacials
Chemical Peels
Laser Hair Removal
Conducting detailed skin consultations and creating personalised treatment plans
Educating clients on their skin, treatment journeys, and home care
Confidently rebooking clients and building long-term relationships
Supporting content creation for social media (education, treatments, behind-the-scenes)
Maintaining high treatment standards and exceptional client experience

What we’re looking for
Diploma in Beauty Therapy or equivalent (essential)
Experience with advanced skin treatments




A genuine desire to grow, learn, and be better each day
Passion for educating clients and recommending what’s best for their skin
Strong communication and client care skills
Skilled presentation and robust work ethic
Comfortable in front of the camera (or willing to learn)
Someone looking for a long-term role, not just a job
