Watt Realty is looking for an organised, proactive and customer-focused Property Manager to join our team.

In this role, you’ll take responsibility for the day-to-day management of a residential rental portfolio, building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors while delivering a high level of service.

We’re looking for someone who is confident, reliable and able to manage their workload efficiently while being a supportive member of our team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage a residential rental portfolio from start to finish
Build and maintain robust relationships with landlords and tenants
Coordinate maintenance requests and follow up outstanding work
Conduct routine inspections and complete condition reports
Manage lease renewals, tenant sign-ups and general tenancy administration
Monitor and action rent arrears
Manage entry and exit processes
Respond to landlord and tenant enquiries in a professional and timely manner
Liaise with contractors and arrange maintenance works




Maintain accurate records and ensure all administration is completed efficiently

About You
Current Queensland Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence
Current driver's licence
Previous property management experience
Strong organisation and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
High attention to detail
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently
A proactive attitude and positive approach to working as part of a team
