Job Description
Possability Group seeks a lead therapeutic practitioner to oversee therapy and case planning for children and young people with complex needs in NSW.
You will deliver trauma‐informed, person‐centred support, guide Care Teams and manage a caseload of up to 12 CYP.
This role provides ongoing clinical supervision, leadership across Care Teams and a solid platform to apply evidence‐based practice for meaningful outcomes.
