Currently we are actively seeking a Site Supervisor to suit our clients requirements.
They are local to the Newcastle area with a solid focus in commercial construction.
Projects
Our projects encompass a variety of areas, including commercial fit-outs, refurbishments, construction, historical restorations, residential builds, and beyond.
Our clientele consists of sectors such as retail, commercial, institutional, education, and government.
About the role
We are seeking a motivated super star who thrives on a diverse role.
Our office is based in Newcastle Surrounds but our projects can be anywhere within the Hunter / Newcastle Region.
Ideally you will live locally or be open to a relocation to the area (relocation support may be offered for the right candidate).
In this role you will be responsible for:
Overseeing and managing multiple projects.
Overseeing WHS, Environmental and Quality Systems for the entire worksite
Managing site crews & Subcontractors, deliveries, materials, safety, ITPs and SWMS.




Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and ISO reporting
Reading and interpreting architectural drawings and plans.
Adhering to project timelines while ensuring the delivery of high-quality onsite work.
About You
To be successful in this role you will have the following attributes:
Experience in residential or commercial construction
Outstanding time and project management skills to meet deadlines
Proficient in reading architectural drawings, plans, and specifications
Strong leadership and mentoring abilities, with a keen attention to detail
Recognizes the significance of a positive work environment
Capable of managing multiple subcontractors across various sites simultaneously
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Ability to establish strong relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers and subcontractors
Competent in using Microsoft-based applications
Possess a valid NSW Driver's License, White Card & First Aid Certificate.
