About the Role
This full‐time, entry‐level position is perfect for:
Recent university graduates seeking 1–2 years' experience in the health sector before moving onto their 2nd degree
Anyone wanting stable employment with structured training
We ask for aminimum 1‐year commitmentto the role.
For candidates interested in staying longer, we can offer atraineeshipthat provides aCertificate III in Dental Assisting(approx. 12 months to complete).
This option is available to applicants wishing to staya minimum of 2 years.
You'll receive staged, in‐house training from our dentists, dental assistants,



and oral health therapists to build strong clinical, communication, and professional skills.
Role Outline
Provide chairside assistance to dentists and oral health practitioners with attention to detail
Prepare treatment rooms and complete changeovers between patients
Maintain high Infection Control Standards
Use dental software confidently — we useExact Dental
Engage directly with patients to support their experience and add value to our services
Build genuine, professional relationships with patients
Educate patients on dental health and respond to queries
