We are partnering with a successful technology business with an international and domestic customer base, respected market reputation and ambitious growth plans.
Operating with a small, capable team, the business has built robust foundations and is now focused on accelerating growth through digital marketing, e-commerce and customer expansion.
The Opportunity
This is a broad commercial leadership role with a clear objective: drive revenue growth.
You will lead initiatives across:
digital marketing strategy and execution
customer acquisition and online sales growth
e-commerce performance and conversion
customer retention, engagement and repeat purchase activity
CRM analytics and customer lifecycle programs
revenue growth initiatives and commercial performance
channel and strategic partner relationships
leadership of customer-facing and commercial functions
business improvement initiatives that support scalable growth
While Brisbane-based, the role will involve occasional domestic and international travel to support partners and industry relationships.
About You
You may currently be a General Manager, Head of Growth,



E-Commerce/Marketing professional or similar commercially focussed growth leader.
You will bring:
experience growing revenue through digital channels
a track record of increasing online sales, customer acquisition and market penetration
strong commercial judgement and analytical capability
experience using customer, marketing and sales data to drive decisions
the ability to move comfortably between strategy and execution
experience leading people and building capability within growing businesses
Backgrounds spanning technology, software, e-commerce, or specialist product businesses will be viewed favourably.
