As a BIG Merchandiser, you will manageanallocatedterritory,fostering relationships with key retailers.
In this ongoing casual role, you'll ensure operational excellence through precise task execution - covering everything from replenishment and ticketing to display builds, compliance audits, new product launches and more.
About the Role
Territory: KEMPSEY and surrounds
Hours: Average of 15 hours per week based on business needs (no guaranteed minimum hrs)
Availability: Wednesday & Thursday availability is essential; flexibility for Monday, Tuesday and Friday is highly regarded.
Essential: Driver license and car
Key Responsibilities
Drivingstrongrelationshipswith store personnel
Building and maintainingquality displays in store
Negotiating promotional space
Executing planograms
Submit tasks & quality photos dailyvia smartphone/tablet
Represent BIG and our clients positively and professionally
Safely performing thephysical requirements,



including prolonged standing, walking, bending, lifting, and repetitive movements.
Successful candidate will need
Supermarket,retail,pharmacyor liquor experience is highly desirable
A current Australian driver's licence and vehicle
Strong&friendlycommunication;,organisational skills and attention to detail
An ability to work autonomously
Ability to perform thephysical & repetitive requirements of the role
