About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Diploma qualified Lead Educator to join our friendly team on a permanent part-time basis.
Our centre operates from 6:15 AM to 6:15 PM, Monday to Friday, and you will be available to work five days per week on a rotating roster covering all shifts, including opens and closes.
As a Lead Educator, you will:
Lead your room in delivering an engaging, high-quality educational program
Plan, document, and reflect meaningfully on each child's learning and development
Mentor, guide, and support your room's Certificate III educators and assistants
Build warm, trusted partnerships with families through daily handovers and updates
Maintain a safe, beautifully organised learning environment that inspires curiosity

You'll Need
Completed Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (and Certificate III)
Prior experience working in an early childhood education and care setting
First Aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain within 3 months of commencement)
Valid Working with Children Check (Queensland Blue Card)




Completed Child Protection training
Availability to work five days per week across a rotating roster including open and close shifts
