Job Description
AnglicareSA in Playford, SA, seeks a Trauma-Informed Case Manager to provide intensive, person-centred support to people experiencing homelessness or at risk.
You will coordinate services, engage clients, and promote housing stability through community outreach.
This full time maternity leave cover requires trauma-informed, strengths-based practice, advocacy, and thorough documentation for reporting.
