Job Description
JB Caravans Newcastle is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead our RV service operations. You will be the first point of contact for customers requiring repairs, servicing, warranty work, and general support for caravans, motorhomes, or campervans.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will coordinate between customers, technicians, and management to ensure work is completed efficiently and professionally, while maintaining accurate records and explicit customer communication.
